GREEN — Lennie McKinney has been exploring for several years how to find a way to give back to his community and help other nonprofits, and has found the solution as he prepares to open Renu — a 501(c)(3) nonprofit missional thrift store in the city of Green.
McKinney said his family lives in Green and the city did does not have a thrift store with the exception of the recently opened Goodwill.
