SEVEN HILLS, Ohio (WOIO) — The family of a Seven Hills man — who died after spending a year in a local nursing home — is suing the facility for medical negligence and wrongful death.
Jennifer and Heather Brush said their 72-year-old father spent his final week at Avenue at Broadview Heights Care and Rehabilitation Center suffering in deplorable conditions before his death in March 2025.
