CANTON ‒ A special prosecutor has asked the visiting judge to postpone the Jan. 26 trial date of two Canton police officers accused of causing Frank Tyson’s death while he was in their custody.
Marion County Prosecutor Raymond A. Grogan Jr. has also asked visiting Judge James L. Kimbler to delay a Jan. 21 pretrial conference in the case of Beau Schoenegge, 26, and Camden C. Burch, 25.
