2nd suspect arraigned after man fatally shot while loading groceries into car at Maple Heights Giant Eagle

MAPLE HEIGHTS, Ohio (WOIO) – The second of two suspects was arraigned in the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas for the murder and robbery of a 28-year-old Timothy Kappenhagen who was loading groceries into his car at Giant Eagle in Maple Heights in August.

The suspects, Anthony Butler and Derick Robinson, were indicted by a Cuyahoga County Grand jury on December 12th for murder and aggravated robbery.

Butler was arraigned, pleaded not guilty, and his bond was set at $1,000,000…
