The operator of the closed Red Roof Inn in Springfield Township is again looking to sell the property amid an ongoing appeal of a trial court judge’s decision on the hotel’s future.
Donald Malarcik, attorney for property owner and Red Roof franchisee Akron Hotel Suites, on Jan. 12 said his client intends to sell the 2939 S. Arlington Road property and added that his client has talked with interested potential buyers.
“We’re hoping to secure a sale of the property in the near future,” Malarcik said.
