The former Pick’s and Olde Harbor Inn buildings, both located on Portage Lakes Drive, are listed for sale by SVN Summit Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Advisors for $5.8 million.
According to the listing, the buildings include 26,938 square feet across 3.4 acres with over 650 feet of continuous lake frontage.
