The sheriff’s offices in Erie and Huron counties on Monday morning issued Level 2 Snow Emergency, which means residents should travel only if necessary.
Sheriff’s offices in Portage and Richland counties declared Level 1 snow emergencies, indicating roads are hazardous, with blowing and drifting snow.
