Parma City Schools eyeing creative income tax increase swap for eliminating property tax levies

PARMA, Ohio — After watching residents in Parma, Parma Heights and Seven Hills twice last year defeat new money operating levies, Parma City Schools are considering a different approach to increase revenue.
