CANTON ‒ A Minneapolis attorney has filed a class action lawsuit against Aultman Health System for a data breach that exposed patient and employee personal and medical information.
The complaint was filed this month in Stark County Common Pleas Court on behalf of New Philadelphia resident Jack Oliver and what it describes as thousands of Aultman patients and employees.
