RICHFIELD, Ohio – As Northeast Ohio residents brace for the weekend’s cold weather advisory and winter storm watch, road salt shortages are forcing some communities to prioritize which roads to treat.
National Weather Service forecasters are predicting that nine inches or more of snow could blanket much of the region, with a winter storm watch in effect from Saturday evening through Monday afternoon.
