Voters may be asked to increase sin tax in Cuyahoga County: I-Team

CLEVELAND (WJW) – The FOX 8 I-Team has learned that Cuyahoga County voters may soon decide if the sin tax will go up.

Money from the sin tax helps with repairs and maintenance at Cleveland’s three sports stadiums: Progressive Field, Huntington Bank Field and Rocket Arena. The sin tax is generated from sales of alcohol and tobacco.
