CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The former divorce attorney accused of killing his client, Aliza Sherman, will be back in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Tuesday for a pre-trial hearing.
Gregory Moore, 52, is scheduled to go on trial Sept. 14.
Moore is accused of stabbing fatally stabbing Sherman when she went to his office on Erieview Plaza in downtown Cleveland for an appointment on March 24, 2013.
