A man was captured on surveillance video breaking into Mr. Frostie, the iconic and beloved Pacific Beach ice cream shop on Garnet Ave., but he didn’t steal any cash; instead, he tried to serve himself a tasty treat.
The incident reportedly happened around 1:20 a.m. Sunday, as the footage shows, the man, wearing a turquoise shirt and khaki pants, falls to the floor as he breaks into the shop. When the man slipped and fell, he also knocked over a container of ice cream…
