Gas prices prices go up 10 cents in Akron, 7 cents in Cleveland: Here’s what GasBuddy is saying

AKRON, Ohio — Gas prices have gone up a bit in Northeast Ohio within the last week.

Drivers in Akron are now paying an average of $2.78 per gallon after GasBuddy reports prices jumped 10.7 cents, according to new data released early Monday.

Cleveland’s average went up 7.8 cents in the last week, bringing the city’s average to $2.84. This is 2.7 cents more than a month ago, but 25.5 cents cheaper than a year ago…
