CANTON ‒ Former North Canton employee Christian Greco will be able to pay a fine and complete community service hours instead of serving jail time for two misdemeanors in connection to a 2025 traffic accident that killed a pedestrian.
Visiting Judge Stephen B. McIlvaine ordered Greco, 22, of Lake Township to pay a $500 fine plus court costs and serve 180 days in jail for vehicular homicide.
The 180 days is suspended if Greco completes 48 hours of community service, signs up and completes a mental health and substance abuse program, and completes a victim awareness class. He will also be on probation for one year and will not be allowed contact with the victim’s family…
