Do you know this person?: Parma police seek to identify individual involved in hit-skip

PARMA, Ohio (WOIO) – The Parma Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in identifying a person involved in a hit-skip on Jan. 30.

At approximately 12:54 a.m. on Knollwood Drive on Jan. 30, the pictured vehicle provided by police likely caused damage to the passenger side front and side areas.
