BROOK PARK, Ohio – An intoxicated Cleveland man, 28, was arrested at about 4 a.m. Jan. 29 after he flipped the Honda CR-V he was driving on Interstate 71 then ran from police.
Police were called to I-71 northbound at Interstate 480 regarding a rollover crash. The Honda SUV had come to rest on its roof.
