PORTAGE COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) – A dog found barely alive on railroad tracks in Ravenna Saturday night is recovering after vets discovered he had been shot twice.
The 80-pound dog, named Briggs, was found on CSS tracks between Diamond and Spring Street.
