CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The attorneys for the accused killer of Aliza Sherman, Gregory Moore, filed a motion in the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas on Tuesday, requesting access to his cell phone seized during a search warrant, several surveillance videos from businesses near the murder scene, and changes to his bond conditions.
The motion requests that the court give Binary Intelligence, a digital forensic company, access to Moore’s iPhone that was seized during a 2014 search warrant executed at Moore’s place of business.
