AKRON, OHIO — The Akron Art Museum is reimagining a traditional spring pastime for the 18-and-over crowd with its upcoming event, Sip & Search: The Great Adult Egg Hunt. Scheduled for Saturday, March 28, the hunt takes place between 10 a.m. and noon at the museum’s downtown location on South High Street. According to the museum’s public release, participants will search through the Bud and Susie Rogers Garden and the lobby for hidden plastic eggs. While many are filled with sweets and chocolate, others contain prize tickets that can be redeemed for bottles of wine or admission to Circa Pop, the museum’s upcoming ’80s-themed dance party. The most coveted item is a single golden egg hidden somewhere on the property.
