Chicken Paprikash is one of the most iconic Hungarian national dishes, and like spaghetti sauce, everyone makes it a little differently. Growing up, my grandmother’s version featured tender chicken pieces simmered with onions and plenty of paprika, then finished with homemade dumplings and a swirl of sour cream.
