ROOTSTOWN, Ohio (WJW) — With a son in high school and a daughter in fourth grade at Rootstown Elementary School, Brad Biltz said he is his children’s strongest advocate.
“My focal point is my children. Everything I do in life is with them in mind. They are why I’m here,” said Biltz.

But Biltz said he and his wife were shocked when they learned from another family that a male classmate had intentionally exposed himself to their 9-year-old daughter in school. It was several days after the incident had been reported to the school.
Biltz said his daughter did report what happened at her school, but was instructed not to tell anyone about it…
