Two found dead at crash scene, police seek witnesses

MAPLE HEIGHTS, Ohio (WJW) — The Maple Heights Police Department is looking for anyone who may have information on a crash scene where two victims were found already dead when police arrived.

According to a media release, on Thursday, March 5, at approximately 1:30 a.m., police received a call reporting an accident in the 17000 block of Broadway Avenue with two victims inside of the car.

Police said the caller reported that the vehicle had struck a pole. When officers arrived on the scene they discovered two victims who were already deceased; a male and a female, according to the release.

The victims have not yet been publicly identified. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
