A Kent man faces charges that he raped a woman and committed other crimes while she was at his home.
Jaden Allen Proctor, 19, was indicted on two first-degree felony rape charges; and charges of second-degree felony robbery; third-degree felony intimidation of a victim; fourth-degree felony strangulation; and first-degree misdemeanor assault.
