NEW PHILADELPHIA, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – The Holmes County woman found ‘not guilty by reason of insanity’ to aggravated murder charges in the drowning death of her four-year-old son at Atwood Lake last Summer has been sentenced.
