SUMMIT COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) — A Summit County man pleaded guilty last month to his 11th OVI offense, a case Summit County Prosecutor Eliott Kolkovich said reflects a broader pattern of repeat impaired driving in the region.
Kolkovich identified the defendant as Johnny DeLoach.
The case was among 12 other individuals charged with enough OVI offenses since 2020 to be elevated to felony status under Ohio law.
