CLEVELAND (WJW) – The FOX 8 I-Team has learned Cuyahoga County prosecutors have indicted a Cleveland mother for the murder of two of her children found dead in suitcases.
A grand jury, Friday, considered new charges against Aliyah Henderson.
The charges against her now include aggravated murder, child endangering and more.
The charges would make Henderson eligible for the death penalty, but the Prosecutor’s Office generally takes cases like this before a special committee before deciding whether to seek a death sentence…
