Months after he allegedly bolted from Stark County supervision, 30-year-old Tyler Anderson is back behind bars. The Massillon man, who had been wanted on rape and other serious charges, was arrested Sunday in Cincinnati by the Cincinnati Police Department, ending a months-long search that stretched across northern Ohio.
Anderson had been the subject of a bulletin from the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force that first went public last fall, and authorities say the Stark County Sheriff’s Office also wanted him for violating probation tied to prior felony convictions. Officials have not said exactly where in Cincinnati he was found or whether he had any weapons when officers moved in.
