MEDINA COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) – The jury started deliberating Friday in the trial for one of two Northeast Ohio law enforcement officers indicted for unlawfully detaining a man they thought was in the country illegally.
The trial for Cleveland Police Detective Donald Kopcha began in Medina County Court of Common Pleas Monday afternoon.
