ALLIANCE – A class action complaint has been filed against a trailer manufacturing company with facilities in the Mahoning Valley, and owned by a Sebring native.
According to federal court records, a class action lawsuit was filed against MAC Trailer for alleged violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Ohio Minimum Fair Wage Standards Act and Ohio’s Prompt Pay Act.
