Northeast Ohio’s spring warmup arrives fast but storm chances quickly follow

CLEVELAND, Ohio — Northeast Ohio is in for a dramatic weather swing over the next several days, with temperatures expected to surge from the low 50s Saturday into the upper 70s by early next week before showers and thunderstorms move into the region.

Saturday will remain sunny and cool, with highs near 51 degrees, according to the National Weather Service in Cleveland. Clouds will increase overnight as temperatures fall to around 39 degrees.
