MEDINA, Ohio (WOIO) – A Seville man accused of kidnapping a three-year-old girl from her home last October, has been found not competent to stand trial at this time.
Randy Lawrence Kerley was indicted on the charges of kidnapping and burglary.
Kerley will now be admitted into treatment at Heartland Behavioral Healthcare to see if he can be restored to competency…
