STARK COUNTY, Ohio — The Canal Fulton post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal head-on crash that happened Thursday afternoon in Stark County.
The crash occurred around 12:16 p.m. on State Route 93 in Lawrence Township.
