OHIO — Police are searching for a suspect after an armored money truck was robbed at a shopping center in Deerfield Township Friday afternoon.
Authorities said the robbery happened around 5 p.m. near Kings Auto Mall off Fields Ertel Road. According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, a Brink’s truck was targeted outside a Ross Dress for Less store.
Investigators said the suspect approached the driver armed with a shotgun and assaulted him. The suspect then took control of the truck and drove it a short distance before abandoning it and fleeing on foot…
