CANTON − Chef Ryan Endrian will bring his Kyuu Juu concept back for a one-night pop-up at Bar Lost One on May 12, offering a refined sushi experience paired with a curated cocktail program.
Kyuu Juu featured a series of Japanese pop-ups before opening a restaurant in Cleveland’s Ohio City, closed in December 2025 after a six-month run. The concept, however, was never intended to end.
“Closing the restaurant didn’t stop Kyuu Juu,” Endrian said. “If anything, it gave it space to evolve. This version is more intentional, more expressive. Same soul, just refined.”…
