ORRVILLE, Ohio (WOIO) – Orrville City Schools were under a soft lockdown on Thursday morning.
The soft lockdown was prompted by an incident OCS said was “outside of town and away from our school buildings” around 10 a.m.
Despite the location of the incident not being on school grounds, OCS shared law enforcement told the district leaders to undergo the soft lockdown as a “precautionary step.”…
