CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Officials cut the ribbon on Stark County’s first dedicated motorcycle training site, located on Kent State University’s Stark County campus.
The new facility addresses a critical safety gap. More than half a million Ohioans ride motorcycles, and last year, 78 percent of the riders killed on Ohio roads had never taken a safety course.
