STARK COUNTY, Ohio — A captain with the Summit County Sheriff’s Office has been placed on unpaid administrative leave after being charged in Stark County in connection with a domestic violence incident.
Joshua Bolinger, 44, of Uniontown, faces four counts of strangulation and one count of domestic violence in Stark County Common Pleas Court. On May 7, Bolinger’s bond was set at $50,000, which he later posted.
