AKRON, Ohio (WOIO) – The case against an Akron man accused in the death of a five-month-old baby boy, was dismissed without prejudice, meaning the charges can be filed again at a later time.
The jury trial for Quinte Hamilton-Little was scheduled to begin on Wednesday in Summit County Court of Common Pleas.
