COLUMBUS, Ohio (WJW) — A model train seller based in Brecksville “cheated” customers out of collectibles they had already paid for, said Attorney General Dave Yost.
His office is now suing Chase Wheeler, who runs the online model train store Chase’s Train Garage, for violations of the state’s Consumer Sales Practices Act and to get restitution for the affected buyers, according to a Wednesday, May 13, news release.
