AKRON, Ohio (WOIO) – The Akron man convicted of killing his wife in 2025, will be sentenced in Summit County Court of Common Pleas Thursday.
On April 15, a jury found Rasheed Lagway, 44, of Akron, guilty of the murder of Kristina Smith, 39.
Lagway was found guilty on the following charges:
- Murder
- Felonious assault
- Domestic violence
