LANSINGBURGH, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A new eatery is opening up in Lansingburgh. Collar City Cafe will be located in the plaza at 7 Northern Drive.

Collar City Cafe is owned by Jenna Schongar and her fiancé, Mark Byas. Both have over 10 years of experience in the food industry. This is their first time owning a business.
“We chose this location because we both grew up in Lansingburgh, and this community has always been home to us,” said Schongar. “Our goal is to contribute to the neighborhood by providing quality food that brings people together. We hope to become a staple in Lansingburgh and the go-to destination for breakfast in the area.”

The Collar City Cafe menu features coffee, breakfast sandwiches, omelettes, baked goods, and more. You can view the menu on the Collar City Cafe website.
Collar City Cafe is scheduled to open on July 1. The cafe will be open every day from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., but Schongar said that may change based on customer demand.
