Suspects identified in fatal Troy, NY stabbing

TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — The Troy Police Department has identified the three suspects charged in connection with a fatal stabbing that occurred over the weekend. 35-year-old Rhannad Burch of Watervliet, 20-year-old Noah Anderson of Vermont and 19-year-old Savion Camano of New Jersey each face felony charges. Assistant Chief of Police in Troy Adam Mason says there was no prior relationship between the suspects and the victims.

“It is an isolated incident,” said Mason. “It’s unfortunate. It’s a tragedy. Disputes happen all the time, but they should never raise to this level.”

The stabbing occurred early Saturday morning in the area of 5th Avenue and Fulton Street in Troy. Upon arrival to the scene, officers said they found two adult men with injuries, while two others had allegedly fled the scene.
