ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT)- A man accused of attacking a federal agent outside Rotterdam police headquarters now faces renewed attention after prosecutors described the confrontation in court.
The confrontation happened March 5, 2025, outside the Rotterdam Police Department. Surveillance video shows Garcia Rojas getting out of a federal law enforcement vehicle and trying to walk away.
