A Delmar woman was sentenced to the maximum sentence after pleading guilty to vehicular manslaughter in connection with a deadly wrong-way crash.
Montgomery County District Attorney Christina Pearson announced that 60-year-old Veronica Armbruster pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter back in April of 2026.
On February 20, 2025, Armbruster drove eastbound in the westbound lane of I-90 in the Town of Mohawk, Montgomery County with a BAC of .16 % when she struck a vehicle head-on that was operated by 25-year-old Cole Sevigny, causing his death. She was hospitalized in the crash…
