WATERFORD — A Waterford man is offering a $1,000 reward in hopes of finding the suspect in an incident that left his teenage son injured.
Waterford police confirmed that 14-year-old Mason Casey was hit by a vehicle around 7:10 p.m. Thursday on Middletown Road. The impact broke his arm and caused other injuries.
