HALFMOON, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Several Saratoga County fire departments responded to a house fire in Halfmoon on Friday. The incident reportedly occurred on Dover Place.

The West Crescent Fire District said it was dispatched to the scene at about 11:30 p.m. following a report of a working structure fire. Upon arrival, crews reportedly found heavy fire in the front of the home.
Firefighters were able to knock down the fire with external and aerial operations, according to West Crescent Fire District Chief Dennis Ayotte. There were no injuries reported but a powerline did come down during firefighting efforts.
Saratoga County man accused of shooting, killing dog
The house sustained significant damage, particularly to its roof. Four people were reportedly displaced from the home and have since received assistance from the American Red Cross.
An investigation remains ongoing by Saratoga County officials, Ayotte told NEWS10. The West Crescent Fire District was assisted at the scene by the Mechanicville Fire Department, Hillcrest Fire Department, Vischer Ferry Volunteer Fire Company and other authorities…
