Pennsylvania investors buy Schenectady’s Crosstown Plaza

SCHENECTADY — The Crosstown Plaza shopping center was recently sold to a Pennsylvania-based real estate investment firm for $14.73 million, the real estate company that managed the sale announced Wednesday.

Located at 2330 Watt St. in Schenectady, near Route 7 and Interstate 890, the plaza has a variety of tenants such as Price Rite, Best Fitness, Harbor Freight and restaurants such as Bowled, a fast-casual health food spot that opened there in 2019.
