CAPITAL REGION, NY (WRGB) — Out of an abundance of caution, Hannaford Supermarkets is recalling a limited number of deli and produce items after being alerted by the manufacturer that their jalapeno supplier has initiated a recall due to the potential for salmonella contamination. This is part of a voluntary broader recall by jalapeno supplier Coast Citrus Distributors.
