VOORHEESVILLE — The village of Voorheesville may not be able to stop the railroad, but it has decided to stand in its way regardless.
Back in May, after battling Norfolk Southern in federal court over the Atlanta-based railroad’s plans to build a crew-changing facility off School Street, the village filed a complaint with the federal Surface Transportation Board.
